Enrique Rodriguez
Senior Vice President of Operations/CFO

With more than 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, and project management, Enrique Rodriguez serves as Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Davy Architecture. In this dual executive role, Enrique brings a powerful blend of design acumen, operational leadership, and financial expertise to support the firm’s strategic growth, resource optimization, and project delivery excellence.

Enrique began his career with Davy Architecture in 1999 as a Project Designer and Job Captain and quickly advanced to Senior Project Manager and Studio Lead for the firm’s Civic and Education projects. Over his two-decade tenure, he has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted leader with deep expertise in regulatory and compliance processes across multiple City and local agencies, including County of SD, VA, DEH, DSA, CDE, CGS, CHPS, LEED, and Savings by Design.

His leadership has been pivotal in the successful design and execution of a wide range of complex public sector and educational facilities. His project portfolio includes planning and construction oversight for the Vassiliadis Athletic Center and Douglas Aquatics Center for Francis Parker School, Loma Verde Aquatic Facility for the City of Chula Vista, Design and construction oversight for San Bernardino High School Makers Space, and major whole-site modernizations for Emerson-Bandini Elementary and Skyline Elementary. He has also led the development of multiple Long Range Facilities Master Plans for public school districts throughout Southern California.

As Vice President of Operations, Enrique oversees firm-wide operational strategies, project lifecycle management, and internal team performance—from business development and contract negotiation to construction oversight and closeout certification. As Chief Financial Officer, he directs the firm’s financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal sustainability and operational resilience.

Enrique pairs deep field knowledge with advanced digital project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, Unifier, Prolog, Microsoft Project, and Navisworks, and is experienced in BIM coordination and digital workflows that support clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

A long-time advocate of mentoring and education, Enrique has served as an ACE Mentor since 2014, helping high school students explore careers in architecture, construction, and engineering. He is also a recurring guest reviewer for student projects at NewSchool of Architecture & Design (NSAD).
