Founded in 1984 as Eric Davy, AIA & Associates, the firm initially provided services primarily to the speculative office, industrial and hospitality development communities. In 1991, We expanded into serving the public sector with projects for the U.S. Navy and Coronado Unified School District. Our diversification into school design was firmly established in 1995 when we won the Award for Outstanding Design and Planning for Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs, CO. Having completed several medical office buildings, we added acute care hospital work to our portfolio beginning in 2012. Entering our second generation, we remain equally devoted to the needs of our clients and the integrity of our architecture; striving to bring value to every project.
We focus on cultivating client relationships and doing exemplary work while adhering to our core values of commitment, teamwork and environmental sustainability. We keep promises, build consensus and act in good faith on behalf of our clients. In so doing, we have earned a solid record of delivering successful projects.
