Eric Davy, NCARB, LEED AP

Ric's career has spanned a broad range of challenging public and private design commissions through the years. He built the firm by first serving the commercial development community with office, industrial and hospitality projects as well as the U.S. Navy with training and maintenance facilities. The firm then successfully navigated the turbulence of the early 90s building recession by his efforts to bring our commercial design expertise to educational design. Expanding on the enormous success of Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs, CO, Ric helped pioneer the design-build movement for K-12 schools in California. Today he is spearheading our development interests through multi-family residential and mixed-use urban infill design to address San Diego County's critical lack of affordable market rate housing. His early career included tenure as a project manager for one of San Diego's larger general construction companies. Recalling this experience Ric developed our firm's program to ensure that our clients benefit from these principles.
