Planned as a three-building medical office complex in the early 1980’s, only two buildings were originally constructed. The third building was commissioned eighteen years later. Current code restrictions required the re-evaluation of the entire site including parking, access and storm water prevention. The 34.000 SF three-story building includes a state-of-the-art radiation imaging center. In addition to providing architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of the third building, Davy Architecture has been engaged to provide master planning services to update the interior and exterior common areas as well as study the feasibility of future expansion including a multi-level parking garage and additional buildings.
